Parker said: "This game was really hard for us. I felt sorry for Burnley's players, which was the main thing. We dragged the game to the 93rd minute and finally decided the winner by a penalty, but I am still proud of our players' performance."
"I don't regard (that penalty) as a mistake for the player of my team. The ball flew in at a very fast speed from three yards. Perhaps the lesson from it was that we had to train the defensive players to put their hands behind their backs, but this (effect) was not ideal. Burnley is a young team and we have to go all out to reach a situation that ordinary people can't reach. It's easy to give up, but my team didn't give up."
