After transferring to Liverpool on the transfer deadline, Isaac posted a message through his personal social media to express his gratitude to his former boss Newcastle United.
Isaac wrote: "I want to express my gratitude to my teammates, staff, to everyone, especially the city of Newcastle and all the fantastic fans, and to thank us for this unforgettable three years together.
"Together, we wrote history and brought the club to where it really belongs. I am deeply honored to be part of this journey from advancing to winning the first trophy in more than 70 years.
