TA famous reporter Ornstein, Liverpool has expressed his intention to sign Isaac to Newcastle.
It is reported that Liverpool said that they have not submitted a formal offer yet because they are very clear about Newcastle's position that will not sell Isaac. However, they have expressed interest to Newcastle in a deal for about £120 million (€138 million).
Liverpool has long admired the 25-year-old, and Frankfurt striker Hugo Ekitic has also entered their attention. Liverpool has not yet made official contact with Frankfurt. Newcastle is working to recruit Ekitic, but has not reached a deal with Frankfurt or the 23-year-old French youth international.
After Jota's unfortunate death, the sensitivity around Liverpool is still high, but the club realizes that further signings are needed this summer.
