If it is contaminated by ink, you can wash it with detergent first. For red pigments, they can be washed away in an alcoholic solution with caustic potassium. However, for viscose fabrics, only alcohol can be used and caustic potassium is prohibited.
When the wool or cloth is stained with oil, it should be rinsed with hot water or boiling water, then rubbed with soapy water, and then rinsed with clean water, and it will be clean. Never wash with cold water, as this will make the color immersed in the fiber and it will be difficult to wash again.
