TSMC Arizona Chairman Extraordinary, Tel: Kesidy Will Retire

The chairman of TSMC Arizona, a NTD, was exaggerated, and Rick Cassidy removed his TSMC Arizona's chairmanship. Taiwan Electric said that Kesidi will retire and is currently relocated to serve as a consultant. TSMC Arizona chairman still has no information on his resignation.

Taiwan Electric announced on behalf of TSMC Arizona on the evening of the 1st that the shareholders will temporarily decide that Kesidi will no longer serve as chairman and director. TSMC Arizona President Rose Castanares has been elected as a director.

Taiwan Tel.com pointed out that Kesidy will retire and is currently relocated to the advisor. TSMC Arizona's chairman still has no information on his resignation.

Kesidi joined the Taiwan Electric North American subsidiary in 1997 as deputy general manager of customer management. He was promoted to the president and executive director of the Taiwan Electric North American subsidiary in 2005. In 2008, he was appointed as the deputy general manager of Taiwan Electric North American subsidiary in charge of North American business and was promoted to the senior deputy general manager. He served as the president of TSMC Arizona from December 2020 to April 2023, and as the chairman of TSMC Arizona from April 2023.
