According to reporter Tom Collomosse, Villa does not intend to sell star players such as Rogers and McKinder this summer.
Tom Collomosse wrote: "As Villa has promised to UEFA that they comply with the team cost ratio regulations, even if Jacques Ramsey eventually transfers to Newcastle, Villa is unlikely to use the proceeds to reinvest."
"Villa has no intention of selling any star players this summer (Rogers, McKinn), but lower income compared to other top Premier League clubs means they have very limited room for signings."
