There are three cooking methods that are not easy to turn black:

1. Choose a circular cylindrical shape that is evenly up and down, and do not have those with the middle or both ends.2. The surface color of the peel should be green and fresh. If the color is dark, it means that it has been collected for a long time. Even for dark green varieties, if the quality is good, the skin will be very glossy.
3. The epidermal protrusions need to be kept intact without injury.
4. There is no blackening of the skin or compression marks.
